These Terms of Service govern your use of United Shine Cleaning Co., LLC's services and website.

Services

We provide residential and commercial cleaning services in the Seattle metro area, including King and Snohomish Counties. Services include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and commercial janitorial services.

Scheduling & Cancellation

• Appointments should be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or emergencies

Payment

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments
• Recurring service clients may be invoiced monthly

Our Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right.

Liability

United Shine Cleaning Co., LLC is fully licensed and insured. We take care to protect your property, but we are not liable for damage to fragile or improperly secured items not disclosed before service.

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

By checking the text-message consent box when you book online, you agree to receive service and appointment text messages from United Shine Cleaning Co., LLC at the mobile number you provide, such as: booking request received, appointment confirmation, scheduled reminders, schedule changes, a notice that your cleaner is on the way, and a notice when the job is complete. These are transactional notifications about services you requested; we do not send marketing text messages under this program.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can book and receive our services without agreeing to text messages.
• Message frequency varies depending on your appointments (typically 1–6 messages per appointment).
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP, email Khadim@unitedshinecleaningnw.com, or call (206) 960-0226.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
